Our customers will tell you that our customer service is second to none, returns are rare, and complaints almost non-existent. But don’t take our word for it, order something today and find out for yourself.

Quality Handmade Jewelry
All of our products are created with only the finest materials, and attention is given to even the smallest details. However, some of our beads are themselves handmade and some of the beads are made of natural materials, like pearls, shells, and stone. Therefore, sometimes a product may differ slightly from the photos on the website. We still guarantee that you will love your new jewelry and hope that you wear it proudly as you cheer for your team!
Adjustable Sizes
All of our bracelets and necklaces are designed with approximately one inch of chain at the end so that you can attach the clasp where it fits you the best. This ensures the most personalized and comfortable fit possible.
Shipping and Handling
We offer two shipping options: First Class mail for $3.95 or USPS Priority Mail for $4.95. Items are boxed and shipped from Oregon within 2 days of your order. The total time in transit will vary depending on your destination and ship method.For orders over $100 we offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.Please contact us to arrange international shipping.
Returns & Replacements
Elegant Sports Jewelry wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide a superior product that is backed by excellent customer service. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.To return or replace an item, simply contact us here. Our Customer Service department will issue an RMA Number that should accompany the returned item. We will issue a refund or replacement within two business days of when we receive the product.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. The product will be replaced by the same or similar item at no charge.To begin a warranty exchange, simply contact us here. Our Customer Service department will issue an RMA Number that should accompany the defective item. We will send the replacement within two business days of when we receive the product.
Special Orders
If our items in stock are not quite what you are looking for, please contact us about a special order. As long as we have the materials on hand, we can make most earrings into zipper pulls, and many of the bracelet patterns would work as necklaces. Just ask and we will try to work something out.If your team’s colors are not represented, please let us know what they are. We will try to add products in those colors as soon as possible.
Wholesale or Bulk Discounts
We do have some products for sale in retail shops. If you are a retailer interested in carrying our product line in your store, please contact me directly and we can discuss the details. There are minimum order requirements and not all products are available at wholesale prices.
Fund Raising Events
We would love to work with you to make a successful fund raising event for your school, band, cheer team, sorority, or other non-profit group. We may be able to create a special item just for your event. See our Contact Us for details. It is our privilege to help you be true to your school and let your colors fly!
